St. Joseph Shepherd Nomination Form

Priests may submit this brief form to nominate students to receive the St. Joseph Shepherd Scholarship from Chesterton Academy. The ideal candidate is an active member of their parish and demonstrates commitment to Catholic discipleship. The award of $1,600 will be applied $400 per year to the recipient's tuition for all four years at Chesterton.
