Michael Casey

Michael and his wife Laurie have lived in Jamestown, Rhode Island for 30 years and are parents of 5 children and the grandparents of 4. Michael is a trustee at his local parish, St. Mark Church in Jamestown, RI. Michael received his B.S. in Resource Development and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and started his own business which he sold in 2016. During his career, he helped start several businesses in industries which ranged from manufacturing to online marketing. In previous years, he has served on various boards including Magdalen College, The Mother of Life Center, and St. Edmund's Retreat Center. Mike brings a broad spectrum of skills which he hopes will help families who want a strong, Catholic, and classical education for their children.


Jason Codding

Jason and his wife Ashley live in Chepachet RI with their two daughters, Maria and Rebecca. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He works as a project manager for a large financial services firm. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council 7110 and is currently a board of member of Servants of Christ for Life. He and his family are parishioners of St. Philip church in Greenville RI.

Robert Duffy

Robert Duffy is a founding shareholder of Duffy & Sweeney, a Providence-based law firm founded in 1996.   

Bob has more than three decades of experience handling federal and state court trial and arbitration litigation in New England and many other states.  His diverse and complex business litigation practice includes experience with intellectual property, construction, fiduciary, shareholder, M&A, and healthcare matters.

In addition, Bob routinely advises business owners, chief executives and boards of directors on business litigation avoidance, strategy and fiduciary duty matters. 

Bob has previously served as a Board Member and Chair of Amos House.  He is also a member of the Finance Committee and a Co-Trustee of Our Lady of Mercy Parish in East Greenwich;  a member of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation (the charitable arm of the Rhode Island Bar Association); and an advisor to Rhode Island Right to Life Services.  Bob also teaches as an adjunct professor at Providence College in the Ryan Business School.


Philip Primeau

Philip is a graduate of Providence College and Roger Williams University School of Law. He works as a corporate attorney and lives with his wife and three young children in Warwick. He and his family attend a traditional parish administered by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter. In his spare time, he enjoys dabbling in theology and philosophy.


Nicholas Radesca

Nicholas and his wife Susan live on the East Side of Providence with the youngest of their three children. Nick received a BS in Accounting from NY Institute of Technology, an MBA from The California State University, East Bay and is licensed as a CPA in New York and Virginia. Over his 30 year career, Nick led accounting and financial reporting departments for large corporations before launching several companies through initial public offerings as the Chief Financial Officer. He has served on Boards of both public corporations and non-profit organizations. Nick and his family are parishioners at The Church of St. Sebastian in Providence.


Tyler Rowley

Tyler Rowley is a husband, father, author, and entrepreneur. He serves as the president of Servants of Christ, which defends life, family, and the Holy Faith through media and activism. He is a past leader in young adult ministry in the Diocese of Providence. His first book “Because of Our Fathers” was published by Ignatius Press in 2021. His second book, which he is co-authoring with Abby Johnson, is titled “Life to the Full” and will be published by Ignatius Press in early 2023. The book will feature twenty powerful pro-life stories that show the dignity of every human life. Tyler is a graduate from Bishop Hendricken High School (Warwick, RI) and Brown University. He currently lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island with his wife (Nichole) and four children (Gerard, Fulton, EveMarie, John).


Edward Trendowski

Dr. Edward Trendowski has been married to his wife Breanne since 2007. They have six children with one on the way. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in French from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY.

At first, not drawn to studying Theology, he worked in landscaping in Southern California. Edward then discerned that  God was calling him to go back to school and pursue a Master’s Degree in Theology, which he received from St. Joseph College of Maine in their online program. He then continued his education at the Catholic University of America, receiving a Ph.D. in Catechetics in 2021.  

Edward is the Director of Faith Formation for the Diocese of Providence. He also has taught Theology at the Graduate level. He enjoys reading the Bible, reading Church documents, spending time with his family, teaching Theology, saltwater fishing, gardening, kayaking, and other outdoor activities.


John Varieur

John Varieur is the Director of the Family Counselling Center. He is a proud father of 4 children and has been married for over a decade. He has worked extensively in family and clinical practice counseling individuals, children, adolescents, couples and families. He has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and Master’s in Science in Clinical Psychology from Divine Mercy University along with participating in the CAGS program in Northeastern University. John has performed psychological evaluations for the Diocese of Fall River and other religious orders. Mr. Varieur has worked with various companies evaluating leadership, individual employees’ effectiveness, and team cohesion. He is a former high school teacher and bartender.


Karen Varieur

Karen Varieur has been married since 1970 and has three married children and delights in her nine grandchildren. She and her husband Rick co-founded the Family Counseling Center over 50 years ago in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and continue to meet individuals and families.

Karen attended Catholic schools from kindergarten through college and has a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s in psychology. She was Admissions and Financial Aid Director for Saint Raphael Academy for 11 years; and has 10 years’ experience in higher education administration and admissions; as Director of Operations for two college campuses.
