Our Lady of Guadalupe Art Award Nomination Form

To be eligible for this award as an incoming freshman students must submit a portfolio to our front office or notify us of an exhibition where their piece is featured. This could be at school exhibition, art competition, community exhibition, etc. We will send a representative to go admire it!

The award will be applied to the recipient's tuition freshman year.
